Which of your personal data is affected and for what purposes will we process this data?
On the basis of the form you fill in and submit, we will process the following data about you: name and surname, content and time of delivery of the message, IP address, email, telephone.
The purpose of the processing of personal data is primarily to respond to your enquiry/process your request or to offer you properties of our contractual partners in which you express interest.
In this context, this data may also be used for the possible protection of our rights and the rights of third parties, to control the functioning of our computer system and ensure its security, to improve our services including statistical purposes, to keep accounting records (documenting our performance towards persons who may use the respective site to promote their projects) and to fulfil legal obligations that arise for us. We will process your personal data in our computer systems where we will store your contact details and history of communication with you. If your enquiries are forwarded directly to the development company that manages the project you are responding to or to the owner of the relevant premises for processing, this forwarding will be for the sole purpose of dealing with your enquiry or request. If you give us your consent to do so, we will pass on your personal data to the cooperating financial service providers (in particular mortgage finance).

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the provision of our internet service based on your request, the legitimate interests of our company and third parties (which are primarily determined by the nature of the service provided, the possibility of a dispute between you and the supplier over the services provided and our obligation to prove to the paying customers of the service what services we have provided to them) and the fulfilment of legal requirements (prevention of tortious activities, compliance with requirements under data protection regulations, bookkeeping and compliance with obligations under tax regulations, etc.).

Therefore, we may provide your enquiry to the specific development company. In addition, your personal data may also be accessed to a certain extent by (i) the operators of our IT systems, (ii) the persons who provide email distribution for us, if we use such persons, (iii) the operators of our backup servers and data backups, (iv) where applicable, our economic, legal and tax advisors and auditors, and (v) cooperating financial service intermediaries.
How long will we process your data?
We will store your enquiries for a reasonable period of time depending on the type of enquiry. The length of time our company will store your data may vary for different purposes of processing your data (e.g. it will be longer in the case where you actually enter into a contract with the owner of the relevant property, where we need such data for bookkeeping purposes and we will store it for the period of time required by law).
Your rights.
This is to inform you that you are not obliged to provide us with any data and that the provision of such data is voluntary, however, without providing some of the data marked as mandatory we will not be able to provide you with our service. The service is not intended for persons under the age of 18.
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“Regulation“), we inform you that you have the right with our company as the controller of your personal data:
- to request access to the personal data we process about you, which means the right to obtain confirmation from our company as the controller as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, the right to access this personal data and other information referred to in Article 15 of the Regulation,
- to request the rectification of personal data we process about you if it is inaccurate. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you also have the right in some cases to request the completion of incomplete personal data,

- request the restriction of processing in cases provided for in Article 18 of the Regulation,
- obtain personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transfer this data to another controller, subject to the conditions and limitations set out in Article 20 of the Regulation (the Company does not accept personal data from other data controllers that you wish to have transferred to it),
- you have the right to object to processing within the meaning of Article 21 of the Regulation on grounds relating to your particular situation; and
- where the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. However, withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
If we receive your request in accordance with the preceding paragraph, we will inform you of the measures taken without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of the request. This time limit may be extended by a further two months if necessary and in view of the complexity and number of requests. If we do not take the measures you request, we are obliged to inform you without delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of the reasons for not taking the measures. Please note in this context that in certain cases set out in the Regulation we are not obliged to comply with your request in whole or in part. This will be the case, in particular, if your request is manifestly unfounded or unreasonable, in particular because it is repetitive. In such cases, we may (i) impose a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs involved in providing you with the requested information or disclosures or taking the requested action, or (ii) refuse to comply with the request.
If we receive your request but have reasonable doubt about your identity, we may ask you to provide additional information necessary to confirm your identity. Please also be advised that if you believe that our company is processing your personal data unlawfully or otherwise violating your rights, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz) or seek judicial protection.
